FRACCAROLLI has a portfolio of Natural Flavours, which include: Cocoa, Coffee, Citrus Fruit, Orange, Lime, Lemon, Tangerine, Grape, and more.

  • NATURALS: obtained by physical, microbiological or enzymatic methods, using only products of animal or vegetable origin, which contain odour and/or taste properties, and are deemed safe for human consumption.
  • IDENTICAL: chemical compounds obtained via synthesis, and isolated by chemical processes that present a chemical structure identical to the ones found in the natural, raw materials. The identical aromas possess the same sensorial properties as the natural raw materials (whether processed or not)
